As your support person, my intention is to help you and your partner navigate the extraordinary experience of pregnancy and birth with greater ease and confidence. I strive to create a safe container for you to travel inward and meet your true strength.
6 visits of 3 hours duration.

1 meal (5 servings) & half gallon of herbal postpartum tea prepared in home each visit: all organic, nutritionally rich, and made with the intention to fuel the recovery process and bring warmth to the body.
Gentle balancing modalities in the form of: warm oil massage, aromatherapy, Mother Warming Moxibustion, Bengkung Belly Binding instruction, Herbal Steaming, & Herbal Sitz Baths.
Assistance with breastfeeding, infant care, & sibling support.
A quick living space “reset” such as dishes, laundry, or light tidying.
Closing the Bones Postpartum Ceremony at 6 weeks if desired.
