I strongly believe that our birth experiences stay with us for our whole lives, and that our pregnancy & birth journeys offer a homecoming to our deeply rooted inner wisdom. I am passionate about supporting families in feeling confident, liberated, and cared for while traversing these rites of passage.

Growing up as the second oldest of seven children, I was always surrounded by younger siblings, fostering a strong connection to the nurturing and protective qualities of The Mother archetype. In the natural New England landscapes I grew to know the body as capable, the mind as powerful, the spirit as compass, and birth as a normal family event. My upbringing greatly influences my caregiving style, which has been further shaped by my studies in somatics, dance movement therapy, & herbalism, my faith, my own initiation into motherhood, & by each family that has invited me to walk alongside them. 

I offer holistic support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. It is an honor to be invited into your birth space, to hold & witness you in ceremony through life's many milestones, and to provide individualized care during this physical, spiritual, and emotional transition! I will work to support you to embrace this journey in awareness where you feel confident and surrounded with care, love and respect.
