Meet the doula

I strongly believe that a woman's birth experience stays with her for her whole life, and I am passionate about supporting women in feeling prepared, safe, and empowered. There is a deeply rooted knowing within your body that you are ready for this work. 

Naturally nurturing and protective, I grew up as the second oldest of seven children; always with a baby on my hip and a strong connection to The Mother archetype. My style of care is greatly influenced by my studies in somatics, embodiment, dance movement therapy, and herbalism. 

I offer holistic support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. It is an honor to be invited into your birth space and to provide individualized care during this monumental life transition! I will work to support you to embrace this new journey in awareness where you feel confident, informed, and surrounded with care, love and respect.
